Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during registration. All information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. magnum88 will never request your password via email or any other channel.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
- Use a strong and unique password. Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the magnum88 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the platform
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, forgery, or abuse of the payment system
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it
Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All financial transactions on the magnum88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds for any deposit transaction.
The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Maybank2U. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set in accordance with platform policy, which you can review under the finance section of your account.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks, which must be completed before funds are approved. magnum88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any transaction deemed to require further review.
Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user. magnum88 does not bear any additional charges levied by third-party financial institutions.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Magnum88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation
- Opening multiple accounts under the same individual
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Any attempt to breach or damage the platform's systems
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all reviews have been completed.
Platform Liability Limits
The magnum88 platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
- Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
- Disputed game results that have been validly processed by the system
In all circumstances, magnum88's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the magnum88 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of this platform or its respective licensors. No content from this platform may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from magnum88 management.
